The passing of time throughout the years
Your laughter, Your spirit and sometimes tears
Words unspoken felt deeply within
The silence too often among men.
Memories held dear of days gone by
From dusk of night 'til morning is nigh
God's grace will sustain us as we hold tight
With belief that the journey was a peaceful flight.
I love you dad and express without doubt
That you are in heaven with angels hovering about
