Jorden Lee Smith

Our little angel Jorden was the sweetest, most
precious baby. He was 2 and 1/2 months old. He left behind his mother and
father, Crystal and Rodney Smith, big brother Keegan Smith, and aunts, uncles
and grandparents that loved him dearly.
Our precious baby was given Phenergan in the hospital and passed in his sleep
later on that night.
Request:
Please pray for us and NEVER GIVE YOUR INFANT PHENERGAN
