Donna Shepard
Sept 24th, 1978 - May 2, 1979
Donna was my first born a perfect baby with the
most deep blue eyes and cooper red hair. When she was 6wks old the doctor said
she appeared to be a little yellow in color and wanted to have a specialist see
her. That was when my world was shattered. She had biliary atricia and she was
going to die. We went though many trying times, and the doctors told me and my
husband to put her in a state home and live our lives I could not do that but it
made me and my husband grow apart. Even though Donna was very ill she always had
a smile for you and didn't cry much She was the light of my world. On May 2,
1979 she lost her battle her liver could no longer work I will always hold her
in my heart and remember her smile. Thank God her pain is gone
